Server address
https://teleprompterstudio.affirmdigitalproducts.com/api/mcpGitHub Copilot in VS Code
- Open the Command Palette and run MCP: Add Server, choose HTTP, paste the server address and name it teleprompter-studio.
- When VS Code asks, sign in to Teleprompter Studio and choose Allow.
- In Copilot Chat’s agent mode, ask about your scripts.
Or add it to your mcp.json:
{
"servers": {
"teleprompter-studio": { "type": "http", "url": "https://teleprompterstudio.affirmdigitalproducts.com/api/mcp" }
}
}On Copilot Business or Enterprise, an organization admin must first turn on the MCP servers in Copilot policy.
Visual Studio, JetBrains and other editors
Add the server to the editor’s mcp.json. Visual Studio offers sign-in from an Auth link above the entry; elsewhere use a personal access token:
{
"servers": {
"teleprompter-studio": {
"url": "https://teleprompterstudio.affirmdigitalproducts.com/api/mcp",
"requestInit": { "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer <your token>" } }
}
}
}Microsoft Copilot Studio
- In your agent, open Tools → Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol.
- Enter a name, a description (for example “Read and edit the user’s Teleprompter Studio scripts”) and the server address.
- Choose OAuth 2.0 with Dynamic discovery. If you choose Manual instead, register the app on My account → Set up an app by hand with the callback URL Copilot Studio shows, and copy the client ID, secret and URLs back.
- Create a connection and add the tool to the agent. Each person signs in with their own Teleprompter Studio account.
