Cues that change the pace
Give a cue a colour and a speed. An “excite” cue can scroll faster as it hits the reading line, then snap back.
Scripted pauses
Drop caesura marks (/ // /// ||) for small, medium, long and dramatic beats. The scroll holds for exactly the seconds you set, then resumes.
Pace in words per minute
Set how fast you speak, not how fast pixels move. 150 wpm is 150 wpm on a phone, a tablet or a big screen, and the read-time estimate matches.

Mark up how it should be read
Select a phrase and tap a style. Bold, highlight and underline are always there; your colour cues sit right beside them.
You edit the finished, styled text, never the underlying codes. Copy it into another app and the codes travel with it; paste it back and they’re cleaned up automatically.

Make the cues your own
Start with Excite, Faster and Slower, or add as many as you like. Each cue has a label, a colour, and a scroll-speed multiplier.
Set them once as your defaults, then override them for a single script when a piece needs its own palette or pacing.

Roll the camera and read to the lens, or open the camera-free reader for a clean full-screen scroll with a reading guide.
Turn on mirror writing and a tablet becomes the source for a proper beam-splitter teleprompter rig. In landscape you can pin the text to half the screen, on the same side as your lens.
